My e-mail and text alerts have stopped. Now my bill is double. I rely on those bill alerts to pay on time, as I am very busy. Please re-establish them.

I think Koodo was having issues with the notifications last month but I got my text notification for my bill that's due on the 21st of January a week ago.

I have pre-authorized CC payments so I never miss them anyway; you could try doing that too.

Call customer service and explain it to them, as we don't have access to your account here.

No issues at all this month. I got my text and email notifications as well. But they also sent an email to people who were effected. There maybe an issue on your end. Check your account online to see that you are still signed up for those alerts.
