I can't access my account through the app I downloaded on my phone. I have never change my user name or password and never missed a payment. I need copies of my bills for tax purposes for 2013.

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to get copies of your bill through the app. To do that you would need to use the self serve site on a desktop or laptop computer.

I know it may be a little weird to hear, but have you signed up for self serve using the above method of visiting the site on a computer?

He would of had to do the registration first via computer.

Hi there Donnie...

As Al said, the app won't allow you to get the PDF version of your bills, get into your computer and once logged into the Self Service account, go to the billing TAB and then View E-bill, you will be able to access your bills...

If you are having issues logging in, try deleting your browser cookies and cache, and then retry...
