Hi David, have you done a manual search for the update? Go into settings - About device - update device - Search update.
If you have do you have a koodo SIM Card in the device and is it a decide you purchased from Koodo?

Yes, I have done a manual search for the update. Nothing. A Koodo Sim is currently inside the phone. The device was not purchased through Koodo, but was purchased through an employee program when I was working at Telus. The phone I guess I locked to Telus, but was bought outright through one of their employee programs. It just so happens to work on Koodo. My girlfriend with an unlocked S7 edge from bell is on Koodo as well and she had the update pushed to her.. Any ideas? :(

I know my S7 Edge wouldn't receive updates unless I had the koodo SIM Card in it even though I was using a Public Mobile SIM since day one so you may need to try putting a Telus SIM Card into the phone to recieve the update. I've never come across this until it happened to my S7 Edge so it may be worth a try if nothing else works.
Keep in mind that putting a new SIM Card into the phone will factory reset the device so back everything up before attempting. It was a real pain in the butt so ultimately I ended up getting rid of it and buying a different device.

No, just that you may need to acquire a Telus SIM: borrowed, used or expired.
