I still am unable to get a clear signal in my place of resident this happen after I had the data block on my phone. can you place unblock the data so I can get my signal back on my phone again please reply to my e-mail many bless Jackie
If you had Koodo place a data block, you can remove it yourself via self-serve by going to the change add-on's section. If you blocked data through your phones settings, you need to do that yourself from the phone.
If you want Koodo to do this for you, you can call them at *611 from your Koodo phone but they will charge you a fee to do so since you can do it yourself on self-serve.
