no shipment email been 4 days

my husband Bryan Gage placed an order on June 19th for a new phone and plan Samsung Galaxy A8, contacted webstore 2 times with no response, he got the first confirmation saying his phone will arrive in 3-5 days, well we are on day 4 now and no shipment email has been sent, can a rep check into his order and see the process # HFO20019960  can a phone be delivered to us without a shipment notice? yes i checked all the email folders. I would call but we don't have a phone atm, thank you

Webstore isn't very easy to get ahold of and they aren't very good at responding to messages. You will receive an email once your order ships. I have never heard of an order being delivered without a shipping notice being sent first. Hopefully a Koodo rep can stop by here with an update for you.

Check your spam folder to make sure the shiping email somehow didnt end up there

@Wendy: I believe there was a back order on the A8.

From the website they said " Your order will ship in 2 to 3 weeks.Once you submit your order, your credit card will be charged and account changes will take effect immediately. " https://www.koodomobile.com/phones/samsung-galaxy-a8

You might have to wait longer for the shipment.

not good, that wasn't there 4 days ago, when i put my order through, I am out of a phone now can't wait a month for a phone

I think it was there for couple of days already. If you don't want to wait you could contact them and cancel the order, then order a different one.

Wendy, we tried to reach you a number of times. Even called. I believe a voicemail was also left as we need to talk to you to get some additional info.

thank you everyone this has been fixed we didn't have a phone and i did't realize my husband had to verify some information before it was sent, i now have a shipping email
