I've recently joined Koodo last week however all of a sudden my phone is telling me no service. I have tried restarting my phone and putting it on airplane mode, nothing is working.

See if you can take out the Sim card an put it in another phone to see if the problem follows. If so you will need a new Sim card, I not it could be your phone.

Try turning the phone off and taking out the SIM Card and then putting it back in, it may not be seated properly in the SIM tray.
Also make sure your phone isn't set to 2g or gsm only in the settings menu under networks.

If the above suggestions don't work, go to a Koodo kiosk and try one of their active SIM cards. That way you don't buy a new card if there's a problem with your phone.

Power off your phone, remove the sim, put it back in and start up the phone. If that doesnt work, google a imei checker and enter your imei to see if your phone is blacklisted. If not blacklisted, head over to a koodo store for a sim replacement.
