No service since this morning.

There is no Koodo service coverage on my phone since this morning.  So I can't even call Koodo to complain or check on what's happening.

Yes. Multiple times. I've also checked my settings. Airplane mode is not on. Do not disturb is not on. Everything else works. It just says there is no service. And then it switches to searching, and then eventually says no service again.

I'm fairly certain that the problem is Koodo's coverage. But I cannot find anywhere to report this or check without calling.

Have you logged into self serve to make sure it is not an account payment issue and that your account is in good standing?
