I have been with Koodo for many years. I have terrible cell phone service at my home. I was told I would just have to wait for more towers to be built. It's literally been years. After calling, I was again told I would have to wait for more towers to be built, or get a very expensive booster, that could not be guaranteed either. I feel like I've been being told to go pound sand. I am paying for both home and cell phone service. I am sick of it. I feel like I am paying for nothing. Any other suggestions, besides cancelling service?
