Does it say no service everywhere you go or only in certain locations?

Hi Angela - looking at your account and it's not a service related issue, meaning it must be hardware. Have you tried removing and reinserting the SIM plus rebooting the phone? Also, I"m assuming that it was working when you first got the loaner, but stopped working after?

Check your settings...wireless network...mobile network...network type

Is not set to GSM ONLY

Also be sure network selection is set to manual

Then restart your phone.

It differs slightly from phone to phone. If you go into your phone's settings, there should be something called "Network Settings" or "Wireless and Networks". You may need to tap on "More" under this section to reveal an option for cellular networks. You can set your preferred network type or select your carrier manually there.
