What have you attempted to do so far? Which phones do you have? How long have you had them? Is it only in certain locations? Why wait for months without service? Is it intermittent? More details would be very helpful to figure out what to do.

This community of customer-volunteers is only able to offer help to you based on the information you provide. We, fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your point of view, are not clairvoyant.  More details would allow a reasoned response.

I was hoping for more info like the phone not the brand. That's still way too little information. So where is it happening? If it'everywhere you go it's likely a Sim card or phone issue and I'd go see if putting a different Sim in your phone's will see if the problem follows or not. How old are the phones? If it comes to an issue that stays with the phone regardless of Sim card and location, you can reset network settings or factory reset and see about using the warranty if it doesn't fix it.
