So I take it you're on prepaid. Is your base plan active and you have minutes on your talk booster?

“No Service” and disconnected are two very different things. No Service could mean you are out of range of a cellular network, or you have a defective SIM. Disconnected means your account has been suspended for cause. You can still dial *611 if disconnected, but not if you have No Service, as there is no network to connect to.

It wouldn't last night . &  why was I told I owed 115 dollars ?
2 Weeks and I owe 115 dollars ??? 2 months should only be 90ish dollars not $115 , and I have only had account for 2 WEEKS OF SERVICE ??? NOT 2 months . ???

@Gary: Is this your first  bill?
If so, the first  bill is included with a partial charge of the previous month and the next month. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/charges-explained

Another question ?
Should I not be entitled to a new phone with a tab , for being a new customer ? because I am not happy with this phone , can I not trade it for a different one , as an upgrade so that I could show a tab ?

Depending on the plan you are on, or the one you choose, yes you should be able to select a new phone with a Tab. While Koodo will accept trade in of old phones at a kiosk, you are usually better to wipe its memory and sell it yourself, as trade in values are low.  Sometimes it is also handy to have in reserve in case a smokin' hot offer on trades comes along, such as the one Samsung held last year.
