I have an iphone 5. The last few days service has been going off. Account is fine, other phones (non koodo) have service. Did all the usual troubleshooting. Tried calling tech on another phone....call not able to be completed. Feeling very frustrated!
So when you say account is fine, do you mean you're up to date on your payments? If you have a past due balance, your service could be suspended by Koodo.
Are there other lines on the account that are working but not yours? Sorry your post isn't clearl in that regard.
If you haven't already done so, turn your phone off and back on again. Sometimes thay fixes it for a lot of people. If that doesn't work, I'd go to settings -> general -> reset -> reset network settings
This will cause your already saved wifi connections to be lost so you'll have to connect to wifi again
