I have no service. Bill is paid, phone has been reset.
I have an LG G3, any suggestions or insight as to why I have no service or how to fix it.

Hi Jennifer - you'll need to call in and speak with an agent about reinstating your account since it was suspended. I see that a recent payment was received, but since there's a small amount that's still overdue and may be the reason why the suspension wasn't removed.

When you call *611, listen to the prompts carefully and consider the 'call back' option - it will be less painful than waiting on the phone for an agent if the wait times are still long.

Make sure your phone isn't on airplane mode.
Also make sure your phone isn't set to 2g or gsm only in the settings menu under networks.
If those don't solve the issue then try turning the phone off and removing the SIM Card and reseating it again incase it's not connecting properly.

Jennifer, it would be very helpful if you had elaborated on HOW the problem was resolved, so others having the same problem may be able to solve theirs too.

As Ranjan mentioned, the account was suspended. The OP would have paid their bills and then got service back.
