I've been out of country since September, and now that i'm back, have No Service. Pid the bills and did nono service t suspened my account.

Check your phone for updates, restart the phone, toggle airplane mode. What have you already tried to do to resolve. Have you checked your self serve account?

Have you been paying your bill during the time you were gone? If not, perhaps Koodo cancelled your account.

You will have to contact customer service after 90 days of non-payment. You may also need a new SIM. It may be faster to use their Facebook page. Phone wait times are long ---- this is the season when all those holiday gifts generate lots of questions or returns.
