After porting over from Public Mobile, I now have no service. Didnt receive porting text from Koodo either.
When trying my old PM sim, there is signal but calls/texts dont go through. Pop in Koodo sim, no service.
I now have no service at all on my phone, very frustrating.
I ported at Walmart wireless store. And yes I successfully set up and access the Koodo selfserve.
Network settings reset was done, phone restart was done. Still yet struggle. No service on Koodo sim, calls/texts do not go through on PM sim. Absolutely no service at all.
