No service.

Why have I not had service in four days? All bills are paid, no e-mails or explanations from koodo. Service has just fallen off. Multiple hard resets, take sd card out for several minutes. Pretty annoyed at this point.

You took out the SD Card you said but have you tried talking out the SIM Card and reseating it to see if it wasn't in Just right.
Also make sure the phone isn't in airplane mode as well as check that the phone isn't set to 2g or gsm only in the settings under mobile networks

I've now reseated the SIM a few times however I didn't fix the problem. Airplane mode and 2g network options are off and network mode is set to gsm/wcdma.

Hi andrewF! I checked out your account and everything is fine there. You may need to test the sim in another handset to see if the issue is the sim or the phone. You can do that a any Koodo Shop.

Am having exact issue now. Have restarted, taken battery out, sim out, checked airplane mode/network thing..nothing. I was mid text conversation with my brother last night and then it stopped. My account is in good standing as well.

So you suddenly cannot connect to the network ? See if in manual network selection mode (1-2 minute wait for the list to populate) anything pops up. Also do as Daniel suggested for the OP and if you cannot test the Sim in another device, I'd go to a Koodo store or a Bestbuy or walmart and ask to put it in a demo phone.

Yes, it just stopped 12:53 am on Sun. I did the network search and it gave me 3 . Koodo, Bell and Eastlink. All said RAT: LTE. I tried the koodo one but it said it cannot connect to the network at this time. I will have to wait until tomorrow to go to a kiosk or store as I live in a rural area about an hour from their stores lol.
