no refund after returning phone

i have confirmation from Canada Post that Koodo warehouse has received my phone since Oct 9 which I have returned within 15 days of purchasing. It is now Oct 24 and I still haven't seen any refunds on the original $112.00 charged to my card and my next bill is already here and they've also charged me an extra $15.00 on top for the tab that should be zeroed out by now.  How long must one wait for the refund and do I just pay my regular bill and ignore paying the tab portion?

Was this issue resolved?  I am currently experiencing the exact same issue.  Phone returned Dec 7th (confirmed through Canada post tracking).  Refund still not processed.
