So, I am trying to pay for my $15 plan since it's due today. I tried last night and got an error. I hoped it might of sort its self out this morning but I still get it.

I'm not sure what to do. I tried resetting my password and apparently there's no record of it even though I've received multiple emails from koodo.
Should I just give them a call?
