no one at koodo responding

I ordered a phone last week, it never came in the mail. I have not had a phone for over a week now. No response from koodo. I have tried calling and emailing, its been a few days and nothing. You cant get through to anyone.

There are quite a few posts asking the same question, and the answer has been that the Bright Friday promo has overwhelmed the web store staff. A number of folks have posted their order number and received a short update.

Also have you checked you spam / junk folder to see if any mail from Koodo was placed there?

I havent heard back or had any updates. My phone was returned to koodo (returned to sender by canada post on the 1st of December). No emails in spam. I tried going in person, on phone, on email and nothing. I want to just cancel and find a company with better customer service.

Typical Koodo, they'll fix it for you, but in the end you'll see how bad their service is and how getting lied to is easy for this small corporation. I wish you best of luck and don't let them give you false promises and lame excuses, I hope they will credit you a month of service.

I still have a tab on my account. Still can't get a phone. So disappointing. They said I would be good to go today and still nothing. I need my phone for business purposes and cannot do anything. I wish I never tried an online order, as time goes on I am losing more money.
