No Network

I have no network! Please help. One minute it was working, took a nap and when I woke up I wasn't able to receive text, calls, use my internet without being on WIFI. Please help me fix this

It could be so many things, Kendra. Do you still see "Koodo" in your phone or does it say "No network" or something? What phone do you have? What plan are you on? Have you checked self service yet if there is something mentioned in your account?

Try removing your battery and sim for a few mins and try again
