No network service iPhone 6

I have an iPhone 6... out of nowhere I get no more service? I have tried everything that the automated help suggest (take out sim and restart, reset network settings) and nothing works. Everything else works on the phone (wifi and games etc). Any other helpful suggestions ?

Have you checked if your phone wasn't on "airplane mode"? Also, have you checked your selfserve, what did it say there? was your plan active?

Airplane mode is not on... I even turned it on and off to make sure it wasn’t causing a problem. And I am awaiting to be approved access to the self serve? Which I also don’t understand.

That could be the problem. When did you sign up with Koodo?, did you receive any email about billing yet? you could also dial 611 and hit 1, and see your account balance.

You need to contact Koodo directly to ask them to check on your email selfserve activation. You could send message to their facebook/twitter to avoid the wait on phone.(Click on the link at the bottom of this page)

I have been with Koodo for 6 years and receive my bills through by mail. I cannot call 611 because I have no telephone line working on my phone :( i always pay my bill on time and has already been paid for this month

You need to have a login into your selfserve. All information of your account is there. It will be tough to check in the case like this.

You could send message to their facebook and ask them to check on your account https://www.facebook.com/Koodo/.

You could also find another phone and call their toll free 1 (866) 995-6636
