No More Billing Notification?

Im not receiving my billing notifications even though my account settings show I should be receiving them. I used to get them until 2 months ago but now no longer get them. Is there a way to fix this?

2. Did you ever ask Koodo to stop sending the notification texts?
3. If not, give customer service a call.
