I was on a vacation in Korea for 2 months. I was using 30$ plan with 200 minutes call, 100 MG and unlimited messages. But because I was on the vacation, I changed to 15$ seasonal hold plan. Now I am back and trying to change my plan to usual but I can't find the 30$ plan anymore. Is the plan not exist anymore? Or how can I get it back?

Unfortunately the risk that you take with seasonal hold is you can only get back on a then current market plan. If your plan gets grandfathered you are out of luck.

Hi Kun,

Unfortunately, there's no way to change back to the plan you had originally, if it no longer exists. Koodo mentions that when you change your plan to Seasonal Hold, your previous monthly plan may not be available. Edit: Goran beat me to it.

Hi Kun,
Whenever you come off of the seasonal hold you must choose an in-market plan. The closest one now that you could use is the 30$ plan that has 100mb of shock-free data, 100 minutes and unlimited messaging. The plan does include unlimited evenings and weekends as of 5pm. Should the 100 minutes not be enough, there are two 40$ plans that might be of interest to you. The first one has 500mb of shock-free data, 500 minutes and unlimited messaging. The plan still includes unlimited eveninngs and weekends as well. The second plan does not have any data but you can pay for what you use at a cost of 5$/100mb, the plan also includes unlimited calling and messaging.

For more information on current in-market plans, please check out the rate plan section of the Koodo site here.

Also, they may have better options depending on their province of residence. QC and MB/SK have better deals than the rest of us.

Very true, I guess I just assume most people reside in the more expensive cell phones part of Canada
