I purchased a new phone on Sunday as an upgrade and received no confirmation email. I emailed the webstore yesterday and have heard nothing back. Wondering when I am going to get some acknowledgement that I have actually purchased a phone.
Hi Philip - is this for your phone number ending in 84? I see an order placed yesterday, not Sunday, that is being processed. Have you checked your Shaw email account? I see that is what was used for the order, so confirmation would have been sent to that address, and not the one you've used for this community.
Once the order is fully processed and ready to ship, you'll receive an email confirming shipment along with tracking info. - it will be sent to the same email mentioned above. Hope that helps.
