No deals for me, a 2 week customer!

Boy do I regret signing on with Koodo just over 2 weeks ago - it meant no $60 for 10G and today it means not even the bonus 1G for new or renewal. Really? Unbelievably bad service and no logic... I signed up 2 weeks ago and now I am regretting my decision. Is there some way I can get any of this extra stuff? This is unreal and I can't get through on the phone. Is there only 1 service rep for all of Canada?

Hopefully another promo will come along. Remember, if your current provider does not want to give you the deal, the next one will. One of the few advantages of them all matching each other's offers!

There was a way - to switch providers. It was the only way anybody got the deal, unless you wanted pain and suffering
