Boy do I regret signing on with Koodo just over 2 weeks ago - it meant no $60 for 10G and today it means not even the bonus 1G for new or renewal. Really? Unbelievably bad service and no logic... I signed up 2 weeks ago and now I am regretting my decision. Is there some way I can get any of this extra stuff? This is unreal and I can't get through on the phone. Is there only 1 service rep for all of Canada?
