I have moved to Baffin Island in Nunavut and have been on self-serve trying to suspend/change my plan for 3 months due to no coverage. I tried searching for networks but my Nexus 5 doesn't pick up anything. Coverage is only CDMA here.

I would like to suspend my service for 3 months until I'm back in Ontario.
I have a tab I will pay monthly. Can someone help with this?

Amongst the plan options you should have in self-serve is one called Seasonal Hold at $15 a month. That's the one you want. You will protect your number, continue on your current tab, but will have to choose from whatever plans are available at the time when you head back own south.
