No Confirmation of purchased US data... no apparent way to ask for help.

I texted 10ALL to 4545 - but haven't received confirmation. I tried it again an hour later and it says that "this add-on had already been enabled for your account." Do I have the feature? I read in the help files that I supposed to get confirmation... and there seems no way to confirm with a human....
