Two days ago I ordered 2 new phones. One for me and one for my husband. We had no tab balance and now it has -360 for both our lines however I never received a confirmation email of the order. Is this unusual? The website states that a confirmation email with the order number would be emailed right after submission of the order. Just concerned if the order actually went through but half assuming it did based on the new tab balance we both have. Thanks!
I will try to look into this for you Amy. You should have gotten an email confirmation. Did you check your junk folder by any chance? I see you emailed our webstore already. Let us check what's going on.
