Do you have roaming enabled in your phone settings?

What have you tried so far?

Make sure your network is set to automatic. That will allow your phone to roam. You can also try removing your Sim card and then reinsert it.

@Lili, while in the US all Canadian providers rely on US companies' coverage. Florida can be tricky depending on the location you are at. Main cities are fine, main highways are ok, but if you are in smaller communities, away from metropolitan areas coverage varies greatly.

1- Make sure you have the proper add-ons (Easy Roam for postpaid or US Roaming for prepaid).
2- Make sure your "Network Selection" is set to "Automatic" and your preferred connection is on : LTE/WCDMA/GSM and NOT "LTE or GSM only"
3- Do a "power cycle" and double check "plane/flight mode" is OFF.

Best of luck

"Easy Roam" is not a proper add for roaming to work. It affects how you're billed for roaming only and some people might want pay per use rates only. For prepaid you need the proper US boosters(talk/text/data).

No add-on is required to Roam in the US at all.
