After two and a half years of perfect Koodo service I can no longer access the data network. This is the notification I get:
"Could not activate cellular data network. You are not subscribed to a cellular data service."
I am a pre-paid customer.
Over 500MB on my active account.
There is no data block on the account.
I bought the phone new and unlocked.
Under Settings > Cellular there is no "Cellular Network Settings" option.
I have tried to change the APN settings via unlock it.co.nz with no luck.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
