No cellular Data

Just signed up to Koodo network Dec 31 First bill due Jan 7. Cannot connect to cellular data, is this because the full service will not activate until Jan 7 or do I have a problem with my phone?

What phone do you have? Also did you bring your phone to koodo or get one when you signed up? Thanks

Check your APN settings (especially if it is not a Koodo phone)

Also make sure your data is actually turned on and you dont have a data block on your account

Thanks for your replies, turns out there was no APN settings in the phone, possibly because the phone is jailbroken. I entered the koodo APN settings and cellular data is now working.
