No balance owing...still?? My bill is broken..

I posted about 4 weeks back about getting a text from koodo saying my ebill was ready but when i log in to self serve it said i dont have a balance owing. It was mentioned that sometimes you have to wait a few days for it to show up in the ebill. Its now been almost 4 weeks and its still saying no balance owning. Im assuming im behind on payment but i dont want to pay not knowing what i actually owe.. And it will cost me to speak to someone with customer service which is a bit frustrating. . please help

For issues like this, Customer care will not charge you to speak with them. I would ask them to delete your Self Serve account and ask to make a new one as maybe it was set up wrong. But to get the bill paid, you can also check 611 from your phone and follow the instructions to check the balance owing.

You definitely have an outstanding amount on your account Heather. The ebill notification you received is indeed correct. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing in self serve online? Thanks a million! Also, dial 611 from your phone and you can hear your balance there too.

Hmmm...there is definitely something up....will look into it.....when yo call the automated 611 does it give you the same message? No balance owed?

Nope when I call it gives me the same amount as the text. Thanks for letting me know about that option. Will pay what I owe now. Not a fan of this online billing stuff so far
