Hey there,

Do you still need help? I suggest to pull the battery out for few seconds or press the power button for 30 seconds (wait for the phone to turn off and reboot).

You can call 1-866-995-6636 and press 6 to reach our Technical Support for an immediate assistance.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 9am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

A Representative will guide you through the troubleshooting steps.

Hope this helps!

Is there friend or family member you can borrow a phone?
Or is there Koodo store near you? They can take a look your phone and/or should help you call Tech support.

Reading through some of the S4 support forums some have mentioned toggling Airplane Mode on and off as a fix. Longshot, but worth trying. Failing that, it would appear to be a hardware problem. Your best option would be to either exchange the device if you're within the fifteen day return period, or have the repair done under warranty if the phone is less than a year old.

Unfortunately, if it's over one year your phone is out of warranty. So your only options here are to pay for repair or buy a new phone.
