No activation email - Double SIM card purchased??

I got a SIM card from the Koodo store (not a prepaid) and they told me I could set everything up online. I tried and I got kicked out because I didn't have all the information. Now when I try to log in it tells me my account has been assigned to another email and I need permission to access the account. I tried online again and it made me buy another SIM card and I signed up for the $30.00 plan. I got confirmation of may purchase and my credit card was charged immediately. Still waiting for my account number, phone number and anything else I may need. I went back to the Koodo store and they made my buy a prepaid sim and account because they said this would work. WTF are you guys doing?

Okay so to get this straight you:
1. Bought a prepaid SIM in store
2. Bought a prepaid SIM online
3. Went back and bought a prepaid SIM in store
Is that right?

NO. I bought a regular SIM card and never got the info to activate it. Tried later and it made me buy another regular SIM card and plan. Still didn't work. The store had me buy a prepaid card as they said it would fix my issues. It didn't.
