Help. I can't use my phone because the dialer has stopped. Before that, I had a message that said my contacts were inaccessible. I called and a message told me to remove the battery for a few minutes but I don't know how to do that either. My bill has been paid so whats up?

I'm assuming this is a Nexus 4 or 5? If so, you can't remove the battery, but you can remove the SIM with a paperclip or the provided tool that came in the box. Then turn off the phone and leave it off for a few minutes. Put it back together and reboot it.

I have never had problems like this before with any cell phone I have owned and i am only 1 month into ownership. I can't get the phone case off so i have to go to a store. and another android expert on the internet advised us to clear out the cache which I did , but I could not find the dialer app. Already  it seems to be a phone with a lot of problems.

Are you having the exact same problems that the OP was having?
