Apparently you're not the only one.

Check to see if you have NFC enabled as my Nexus 7 2013 has been charging super slow since updating to 5.0.2 lollipop and it got better after I turned off NFC.
Also make sure your running Android 5.1 if your not.
im having the same issue. Mine just recently updated roughly a week ago, and it was slowly becoming an issue with the charging.. Today i woke up my phone wasnt charger and its still on the charger sitting at 7%. New usb cord , tried another charger. everything.  not happy considering i now have to pay to get rid of this phone.

Try what Paul mentioned above, turn off NFC.
Last resort would be to do a factory reset,  make sure phone is backed up 1st.

Hey Crystal,

If you also have a Nexus 5, this link: http://koo.do/1oNHXh5 should help. If not, please let us know your phone model.

Thank you!
