You do realize that Koodo only provides the cell service, right? Google and LG are responsible for how your Nexus 5 works...

If there was something wrong with physically and if it was still under warranty then yes, Koodo would be responsible to send it in for repair or a replacement.

However you want a software fix for the camera and that is where the manufacturer of the phone comes in, in this case Google and LG.

Uh... I have the Nexus 5 and it DOES save photos. Default Google Camera application, default camera settings. Have you updated the camera app? If so, have you tried restoring your device? Performing a factory restore will help.

Then wait for an update to the Google Camera application OR uninstall all updates to it. Simple fix.

No updates for the camera app at all they give up on updating fixing it and looks like if u link u phone with win10 it gets infected with a virus that infects the chrome browser cause random popups did full factory install and virus is back so they need to update fix this bug... Still got the cam bug no fix yet n don't look like there's going to be...

Beginning to understand more and more why service providers like Koodo or any isp are not interested in recommending ios or win xx or google os at some point someone has to put a period in the sentence to tell us where their responsibility ends and personal choice begins if landline isp's were the only source for computers then I could understand but now we consumers have more choices is that the providers' fault and do they have to back up all of our personal choices 1--%?
