I think it's just the app Sophia, I used to have the issue that Sumaya posted about and it only did it on the application and not on the website.

Also if there is an app available for whatever you're doing, use the app so stuff like the layout, logos and all that stuff does not need to be downloaded over and over again.
Both of which uses up all the data.

There is an App available on the playstore (not sure if it is on the other phones) called Onavo Count. it gives you a pretty accurate data usage counter and it sits nicely in the status drop down with the percentage of the usage of data on the account

I really do hate autoplay because most of those videos, I have no interest in viewing anyways.
