When you guys introduced the $30 talk and text plan that was just for Tab S, that will also add to future confusion. At least make it $29.99 since anyone on a $30 plan can go with a Tab M except this $30 plan

Isn't the big star enough of an advertisement?

It's confusing not only for customers, but it makes it harder for employees as well. When you tell a customer that if they get certain phones their plan needs to be a minimum of $30.00(Tab M) but then they see that plan and its like "No sorry, that plan isn't included".

Exactly. The worst thing is to tell a customer one thing then have to go back. It leaves a bad taste in the mouths of customers.

If anything it complicates things for both employees and customers.

It's a dreadful plan all over - just get rid of it or make it $29 as Dennis suggested :(

For one dollar difference? Really?

I think you're missing the point, Rudy. The new $30 plan does not allow for Tab M, but all the old $30 plans do. This is the confusing bit. Making the plan $29 would eliminate the confusion - and yes even with the one dollar difference it's still a dreadful plan. But that is besides the point really :)

Folks identify their plan by the dollar amount, rather than its name. I'd suggest it being the "less that $30 plan" at $29.95.
