New user - question about first bill as can't see it

We just signed up for Koodo on Sept 5th on a monthly basis for 2 plans - one for me & one for my husband. We were told that we would be able to view the bill on Sept 11th but I am unable to see anything and its the 13th. I just want to know when this needs to be paid so we don't have any credit issues or issues with our service. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Miriam

The bill typically takes 3-5 days to post to the account after the close date. If your billing cycle ended on the 11th, it would not be viewable until at least the 14th. You will receive a text message on the koodo phone when your bill is ready to view.
