Hi there, I've just bought a new prepaid moto g, upgrading from my koodo prepaid lg. unfortunately the SIM cards are a different size. Is it possible to keep my existing prepaid koodo number with my new phone and sim? Any help would be appreciated as I can't get hold of a customer rep when I called koodo! Thanks :)

You can get a new SIM and activate it via Self Serve.

Or you can try to cut the SIM to the correct size. If it works, you just saved yourself $20, if not you were going to get a new SIM anyway.

Yes. Nothing changes except where the service goes through. Just buy a new prepaid SIM card from a Koodo shop (or order one online) for $20 + tax (comes with a $20 credit once activated) and then activate it in Self Serve.

Thank you! I've tried to activate the new sim but it's asking me to set up a new account, I can't see an option in prepaid self serve account for activating a new sim :( maybe I'm missing something here?

Oh, that will be under "Mobile Phone" tab, then go to the bottom left of the screen. It should say something like "Swap/upgrade phone". Then you follow the instructions from there.
