Why not get the upcoming g3 from LG or some Sony phones. Your current phones are either not desirable and cost effective, or too expensive. Samsung is not the only company that makes android! ;-)

Well they do have the M8! You should take a look at that beauty. It's probably the best Android phone I've ever used.

I agree; I would love to see the G2/G3 or some Sony phones but Bell has exclusive rights to the Z2 right now and Telus/Koodo have barely carried Sony at all in the past few years besides the Z1 on Telus. It's sad because I think they're an underrated manufacturer; the glass front/back and aluminum band around the phone is a great feel.

I had to order my Z2 from Germany because of Bell's exclusive rights... :-(

You could have just bought it from Bell and unlocked it

You cannot outright buy Bell phones. You have to activate a line for one month and their lowest plans are at 35$... Soooo you end up paying 699.99 + 35 + 13%. Also, the NA version of the phone is only LTE compatible in NA and does not come with the noise cancelling headphones. The version they sell in Germany is the international version of the phone which has like 10 more compatible frequencies. I bought mine from Germany for 450 euros.

Someone has to fill this void sooner or later. There are a couple of importers (CanadaGSM comes to mind), but we need something big to get the phones we want. Build it and they will come...... so they say ;)
