New phone and sim problems

I received a new phone and sim card in the mail. I was not given a number and I can't call to register my phone because well its not registered to make calls. I can't do it online because it asks me for a mobile phone number, which i was not given.

So wait, are you new to Koodo or did you just upgrade your device? My guess is you're new to Koodo since you say you don't have a phone #.

Have you tried finding a store near you? They can set it up for you.
