New Koodo Prepaid Customer unable to login - generic error

My password is not recognized on the prepaid self-serve login page.
I requested to change my password and I received the email with the link.
When I click on the link to reset my password, it fails with Generic Error.

Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.

I can't login because my password doesn't work.
I know the email is correct because I receive the change password link.

I have cleared my browser cache/cookies and tried IE9 and Chrome.

It says to call *611 but then as a prepaid customer it tells me that I have to pay $5.
That's not a free call.

I am a new customer and have never logged in successfully yet.

Help?

tomorow from another line call customer service and teh support. They should waive the fee if theres a technical issue you need help .

Hi Kevin, Chad (aka HankTheAngryDrunkenDwarf!) is right. Koodo Mobile never charges for support :) Give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline or *611 from your cell and select option #5.

I contacted the support phone number and they promptly set me up with a temporary password so I could log in and reset my password.

Everything is working great now. Thanks for the tips.
