The new invoice is ridiculous. What happened to information totals on: (1) Airtime usage, Data usage, and (3) text messages sent & received. I just spoke to one of your operators who explained the information is no longer available on our monthly invoice, but available by logging on the Koodo web site under each account I have with you. Are you guys kidding!!!! How much time or patience do you think I have to extract basic information about my account? GO BACK TO THE OLD INVOICE. At least it provided all the monthly information totals for us. What you have now is terrible!!!!!
