Website says checkout is not available at this time

I am a new customer and I am trying to order a phone but when I get to checkout it acts like it is processing then after everything is finished a response comes back telling me that checkout is not available at this time. This happened yesterday around 9 pm and again just now - I just hope it isn't actually ordering phones each time.

I called -- a person is trying to push the order through -- she can see it was placed but it did not make the final trip to their order department -- there is a glitch in their system.
