i have the Canada wide talk & text plan, and i just signed up about a week ago. the plan said i would get 200 anytime minutes every month (promotional offer of double minutes), but when i look on my account over view, it says i only have 40 local anytime minutes. are they the same thing or why am i not getting my full 200 min each month?

Good day Evan, welcome to Koodo :) The first month will be prorated, that is to say if you sign up a week before the new billing cycle, you get 1 week's worth of minutes instead of all 4 weeks :) You will definitely get the full 200 minutes the next billing cycle :D

Hope that helps! (PS also be prepared to get a higher first bill... since you'll be billed the following month including the current... it is normal. I'm just saying this so you won't have to feel frustrated, angry, confused or ripped off when the bill comes in, LOL!) :)
