New voicemail rip off..

I have 6 or 7 saved messages and every time I get a new message I am forced to listen to the ones I am saving until the new message comes up.
This is an obvious rip off making thousands of clients waste minutes by forcing them to listen to all the old messages first.
Change it or lose me as a customer.
All you need to do is add an option "Press 1 to listen to your new messages or two to listen to your saved messages."

One more thing.. The advertising that keeps repeating itself when loading a prepaid phone is very annoying.

Thank you.

While your idea is a pretty good one, I'm sorry that you think it's spitefully designed to have people waste minutes. That's a bit of a stretch.

Try checking your voice mail in your free evenings/weekends more often. Or there's actually a way to check your voicemails from a landline. I'll check the method and get back to you.

You get quite a bit of voicemails. Maybe you need a plan with more minutes or unlimited calling? Or at least unlimited incoming?

On post paid voice mail, you can can press 3 quickly and avoid the phone # being given to you, which brings you to the message, then press 33 quickly to avoid the message, which brings to to the save/delete option.
I believe it also works with pre-paid.

Pretty sure it's *, not #, is it not?

I used # sign in place of the word number

I do agree with you that all the adds you keep getting on prepaid are annoying and I'll bring that to Koodo's attention since I was actually going to myself.
