If Telus puts up a new pole,does Koodo automatically get the coverage also...
Between moyie bc and yahk bc Telus just announced a new tower and there is coverage between these two towns....does that mean Koodo gets that coverage also

Yes, Koodo normally would. In my neck of the woods (rural Quebec) Bell put up a new tower to serve my tiny municipality and Koodo now works fine, since they have a sharing agreement.

Be aware though that it can take a while for a new tower to be tested and fully commissioned. Took a few months in my case, and it didn't fully address the inevitable dead spots in hill country.
