New to koodo NO service

Just got my new phone plan this morning (around 2:30pm) and I havent had service since 2:45pm it's now 11:15pm over 9 hrs. Is this just because it's a new plan?

I had service long enough to send some texts then it was down.

P.s. I have turned it off and on again.

That's odd that it's intermittent. Did you get a phone from Koodo as well, or use your own?
It was my own phone iPhone 4 that I never had problems with

Have you hooked it up to iTunes on your PC and updated the carriers settings on the phone

I fixed this problem, what had happened was I turned off my cellular data, and the 3G data. Once I turned 3G back on it was fixed
